A voter who has been objected to at the polls by a candidate/candidatesβ representative or another voter through Form Q (objection to Voter), may retain their ballot by making a declaration under oath denying the accusations contained in the objection.
Citizens of Botswana 18 years and above who hold a valid votersβ registration card and have been objected to by a candidate/candidatesβ representative or another voter are eligible for this service.
