How do I get this service?
Submit a proposal to the Department of Education Planning and Research Services (DEPRS) office at Ministry Headquarters or any Regional Education Office.
What supporting documents are required?
- Two copies of a completed Research Application Form
- A letter of endorsement from the applicant’s sponsoring institution
- A preliminary list of titles for short issue papers and/or progress reports
- Detailed curriculum vitae of the researcher
- Citizens to include a certified copy of a valid National Identity Card (Omang)
- Non-Citizens to include passport copy and Botswana based personnel to be involved.

Five (5) working Days.
