The Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sport and Culture Development (MYSC) was established through a Presidential Directive in January 2007. The Ministry of Youth, Gender, Sport and Culture is mandated to provide leadership and overall policy development, strategy and standards on trade and industry. The Ministry also coordinates national priority initiatives which include;
