It controls the import, export and transportation of controlled substances that deplete the Ozone layer in fulfilment of Botswana’s obligation in the implementation of the Montreal Protocol.

Citizen and non-citizens registered to trade in the substances controlled under the Montreal Protocol

  • Citizens- Certified copy of valid National Identity Card (Omang)  
  • Non-citizens- Certified copy of valid Passport  
  • Valid trade license
  • Valid tax Clearance Certificate
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • VAT Registration Letter and Declaration Form
